Hometown: La Mesa, California Year started running: 2009 Current training shoe: Hoka One One Speedgoat Current racing shoe: Hoka One One Speedgoat Favorite run: Arboretum trails Favorite race and why?: Two Hearted Marathon opened the door to me for longer distances and is a pretty rough-and-tumble journey of beautiful and varied landscapes in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Also, I made new friends during the run whom I stay in touch with! Other hobbies or interesting facts about yourself: I enjoy testing my limits in other endurance sports, climbing, skiing, tennis, and seeking solitude in the outdoors.
