Hello,
We wanted to thank our community for supporting Karl Harter’s Full Moon Fundraiser this year. Special thanks to those of you who tracked miles, donated money, and helped us spread the word. If there’s one thing we learned, it’s that there’s no replacement for an in-person 5K race. With the support of our community, we were able to raise $4,395 for Lincoln Elementary School Running Club and Karl’s Head and Neck Cancer Scholarship. This money will directly support both of these worthy organizations. We will work with Lincoln Elementary to buy shoes and t-shirts for their running club members (once it’s safe to do so), and the remainder will be donated to Karl’s scholarship.
Please mark your calendar for next year’s race date: Thursday, July 22nd, 2021. We are hopeful that it will be safe again to race in-person and will open registration once we are confident in the state of things.
Thanks again for supporting both of these awesome organizations in honor of Karl Harter. We look forward to raising more with you all at next year’s Full Moon 5K. Until then, stay safe and keep movin’!
