Come plog with the Movin’ Shoes Running Club on Sunday, June 9th at 8am from Movin’ Shoes!
BONUS: this time, we will have doughnuts for after the run.
What’s plogging you might ask?! It’s a combination of running while picking up litter! The club will have their regular Sunday long run, followed by a “cool down” of sorts to go pick up litter in the neighborhood. Gloves and trash bags will be provided, so all you have to do is show up! We will have coffee as usual at the shop, so stick around after and meet some fellow runners.
