Salomon Sonic and Sonic Pro
You know Salomon as a leader in trail shoes, but they’ve recently emerged from the woods and unveiled two brand new road shoes! Both the Sonic and Sonic Pro utilize an Energy Cell midsole – a high-rebound midsole compound that provides excellent energy return while simultaneously delivering substantial cushioning and durability. Salomon road shoes also include Opal cushioning, which is a soft, lightweight compound inserted into the midsole for a responsive, comfortable ride. The combination of Energy Cell and Opal create Salomon’s VIBE Technology, which is unique system designed to interrupt vibration waves as they travel through the shoe to result in lower fatigue. If you love a high-cushioned training shoe, give the Sonic a spin. If speed and lightweight shoes are your priority, the Sonic Pro might just be your next favorite shoe!
