Sunday runs are our biggest run of the week – offering a short, medium, and long route and many pace group options! We typically meet at Movin’ Shoes at 8am. Please read through the expectations below before signing up to join us. We’d love to see you out there with us as we work on building a more inclusive running community.

An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Sunday, repeating indefinitely
NO RUNNER LEFT BEHIND
Our goal is to create a welcoming environment for every runner, no matter the pace. We aim to provide Pace Runners at every Sunday run and Buddy Runners at most club runs throughout the week
- Every Sunday we have designated pace groups (7, 7:30, 8, 8:30, 9, 9:30, 10, 10:30, 11, 12) to run the middle route.
- Buddy Runners represent our NO RUNNER LEFT BEHIND initiative. While we often have designated Buddy Runners to make sure everyone has someone to run with, we invite our runners to always be on the lookout for those in their group who may need a slower pace or a word of encouragements – our biggest asset are the kind runners in the club.
- Additionally, we need everyone’s help to achieve our goal of NO RUNNER LEFT BEHIND. This initiative will help guide our actions within the MSRC as we build a more inclusive running environment.
ROUTES
We offer 3 routes at the Sunday run: A short route (3-4 miles), middle route (6-7 mile), and long route (12-13 mile)
