Healthy Runner Series: Race Day Prep

The Healthy Runner Series is a free series of workshops led by Kara from Kara Hoerr Nutrition and Spencer from Peak Endurance. Our pals will dive into the ins-and-outs of nutrition & strength, covering relevant topics to the various seasons of racing. All of the workshops will be held at the shop.
This 2nd meeting of the series will focus on two things:
1. Warming up for a run/race
2. Hitting the wall/bonking, fueling properly
