Thursday Women’s Group Run
Come join us for a women's run every Thursday for 3-5 miles. Paces range from 9-12 min/mile, with some walk/runners. Meet at 5:45 PM, inside Movin’ Shoes upstairs on the 2nd floor, before we get started for a run in the neighborhood. All Women (cis and trans) are welcome, including non-binary and gender nonconforming individuals
